Materials Polyurethanes (PU, PU FDA, PU Natural, PU Mos2, PU Soft, PU Hard)
They have a significant market share in the field of bacterial and piston seals. In many applications, Seal Expert's polyurethane seals exceed the lifetime of industrially manufactured seals.
The reason for this can be attributed on the one hand to the careful selection of raw materials and on the other to direct manufacturing technology.
Certified materials make polyurethane seals suitable even for food.

Elastomers (NBR, NBR FDA, H-NBR, EPDM, EPDM FDA, FPM, FPM FDA, AFLAS, SILICONE FDA).
Elastomeric products remain important in seal technology due to their wide range of pressures and their thermal and chemical resistance.
They are materials that swell easily with minimal force.

Plastics (POM, PEEK, UHMW - PE, PTFE Virgin - Glass - Bronze - Graphite - Carbon). Hard plastics and thermoplastics are mainly used for Back-Up rings and Guide-Rings but also for high-pressure and high-speed seals.
Polyacetal (POM) exhibits good physical properties such as good chemical resistance and low water absorption. It can be used in petroleum products, hydraulic fluids as well as in pneumatic applications.
PTFE on the other hand has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and is widely used in Machinery in Heavy Industry and Food Industry.
